75 Hour NYS Salesperson, 30 Hour NYS "gap" Courses & 45 Hour NYS Broker Qualifying Courses 

Welcome to the Western NY Real Estate Salesperson & Broker Training Institute, a separate entity from the Western NY School of Real Estate. 

Effective 9/1/06 an organizational change based on feedback from consultants recommended separating the qualifying courses from all the other programs offered at the school including NY continuing education for real estate agents & brokers, NY Home Inspector Qualifying & continuing education, and all out of state programs (Florida and Massachusetts qualifying & continuing education).
